General Terms and Conditions including Refund Policy
- We do all trades, including (MEP) Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Millwork, depending upon the client’s requirement.
- The average turnaround time for the agreed services is 3 working days after confirmation of initial payment. We can be more definite when we view the drawings/data and assess the complexity of the job.
- Our quantities will be based on the scaled pdf drawings unless otherwise noted.
- If any items are missing in drawings/plans, assumptions will be made for quantification of those items. Otherwise only those items which are given in drawings will be included in estimates.
- Our quoted charges for the services will be based on the provided drawings/data. Any revisions and/or change orders sent after approval of your order will be charged separately, and this may impact on delivery time.
- Terms of Payment are 50% on order confirmation and the balance before final submission of project.
- In case of late delivery or incomplete work, a full refund will be made.
